Nylon insulated brass crimp sleeve ring terminals are used to connect single wires while allowing connection to screw or stud type electrical connections. Nylon materials are more flexible and have better heat resistance than other insulation types. The brass sleeve acts as a double crimp and increases the vibration resistance. Nylon insulated brass crimping collar terminals can achieve excellent mechanical crimping and reduce wire stress.
