Scope:
XKTQ-3A Hydrocarbon elemental analyzer is mainly used for determination of coal and other organic carbon and hydrogen. The measurement principle is: under high temperature conditions, the sample in oxygen to produce water and carbon dioxide after combustion, respectively, with a water-absorbing agent and absorbing carbon dioxide absorbent. Calculating the percentage of carbon and hydrogen in accordance with the increment absorbent. Instrument performance in line with GB / T476-2001 "coal elemental analysis methods" requirements. Product Overview:
1.XKTQ-3A hydrocarbon elemental analyzer comprises three main parts cleaning systems, combustion and absorption systems.
2.Purification system consists of a gas drying tower and the flowmeter, gas drying tower capacity 500mL, flow measurement range 0 ~ 150mL / min.
3.Combustion device is powered by a three-tube furnace and temperature control system composition. Three furnace can be moved horizontally on a track, and a radial turned 45 °, the furnace body two parallel tubular furnace, can be measured at once both samples. Each section is equipped with an electric furnace thermocouples, temperature and independent digital temperature control system for temperature indication and temperature control, temperature indicating accurate and reliable work.
